Your security and privacy is important to us!
- Iskra Travel guarantees our passengers a pleasant, comfortable and secure trip.
- To take advantage of our services, please make a reservation 48 hours before your trip; otherwise we can not guarantee that we can accommodate you. We can only make exceptions if we have extra space and it does not inconvenience the passengers who have already reserved a spot.
- Iskra Travel is not responsible for inconveniences caused by weather or other forces beyond our control that could cause your trip to be delayed.
- Iskra Travel is covered by comprehensive insurance to give our passengers a worry free state of mind and to protect you until you arrive to your final destination.
- Iskra Travel is a licensed company by the legal agencies of the Republic of Nicaragua. We have licenses granted by the institute of tourism (INTUR), Ministry of Transport (MTI) and the Mayor’s office of San Juan del Sur.
- Iskra Travel may charge an additional fee to our passengers if the destination is beyond what was originally agreed between the client and Iskra Travel.
- We are not responsible for items misplaced or lost during transportation, accommodations or tours.
- We provide pick-up times to get you to your flight on-time based on the weather, traffic and/or season.
- We guarantee that our drivers will carry up to date driver licenses.
